2.3 Using the Company’s advertising services implies the Client’s acceptance of these terms.
2.4 Signing an order form constitutes agreement to these terms.
- Company Responsibilities
The Company offers comprehensive advertising services and reserves the right to modify or reject submitted content to ensure compliance with legal and industry advertising standards.
3.1 While the Company aims to provide an uninterrupted and error-free service, it does not guarantee this and is not responsible for access disruptions caused by third-party failures or technical issues on the Client’s end.
- Liability
4.1 The Company is not liable for any delays, costs, expenses, losses, or damages resulting from the inability to deliver advertising services.
4.2 While the Company does not take responsibility for the accuracy of advertisement content, it will make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and correct any errors.
- Jurisdiction and Legal Validity
5.1 These terms are governed by Estonian law, and both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of Estonian courts.
5.2 If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining clauses will still be legally binding.

The Company is dedicated to data protection and has updated its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service to align with GDPR regulations.
