About the Role

An experienced developer is needed to join the technical team and contribute to product development. This role involves full-cycle application development, working on new features, system migration, and process optimization. Collaboration with the CTO, product team, and operations is central to this position.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop software solutions for internal teams and customers.
Participate in application migration from legacy systems to modern technologies.
Work within an agile methodology (3-week cycles).
Conduct daily video call check-ins with the development team.
Collaborate closely with product and operations teams.
Engage in one-on-one meetings with the CTO for guidance and support.

Significant experience in frontend/backend web development.
Advanced expertise in at least one functional programming language (Haskell, Scala, Clojure, etc.).
Strong understanding of development best practices (code reviews, testing, etc.).

Preferred Skills

Experience in DevOps (CI/CD, containerization, orchestration).
Knowledge of UI/UX best practices.
