About the Role
An experienced developer is needed to join the technical team and contribute to product development. This role involves full-cycle application development, working on new features, system migration, and process optimization. Collaboration with the CTO, product team, and operations is central to this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop software solutions for internal teams and customers.
- Participate in application migration from legacy systems to modern technologies.
- Work within an agile methodology (3-week cycles).
- Conduct daily video call check-ins with the development team.
- Collaborate closely with product and operations teams.
- Engage in one-on-one meetings with the CTO for guidance and support.

- Significant experience in frontend/backend web development.
- Advanced expertise in at least one functional programming language (Haskell, Scala, Clojure, etc.).
- Strong understanding of development best practices (code reviews, testing, etc.).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in DevOps (CI/CD, containerization, orchestration).
- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices.
